IQ Excels in Customer Survey Results

As part of our commitment to continuous review and improvement, IQ recently conducted a web-based survey of our customers' thoughts and views across all aspects of our performance.

The results were hugely encouraging, with over 95% of respondents stating that they would recommend us to other training providers!


Other highlights included:


  • 100% satisfaction with our customer service levels, with 82% of respondents describing it as 'excellent'!
  • Very favourable views of our EVs, with the most commonly chosen descriptive terms listed as: 'Professional' (36%), 'Friendly' (34%) and 'Well informed' (30%)!
  • Every 0-5 rating question (which are illustrated in the graph) received an average score of 4 or above!


One area of slight concern highlighted by the survey was surrounding the usability of the IQR registration system, with several respondents commenting that they felt there was a steep initial learning curve. We will consequently be working hard to address this over the coming weeks and have already produced a range of instructional videos on the system which can be accessed here (please note you will need to be logged in to view them).
