The targets released in the second quarter of 2012 shows that IQ continues its dedication to responsive service with all key customer service targets exceeded. 92% of all IQ results were sent to centres within 2 working days, with all results being sent to centres within 4 working days.

Industry Qualifications, the first pan-sector mutual awarding organisation in the UK, has today announced a partnership with the Examination Officers’ Association (EOA). The EOA is a professional membership organisation representing the exam office community in the UK and abroad. The initial partnership focus will centre on the development of accredited qualifications for invigilation staff as part of an invigilation package which includes a DVD and access to external training courses.

Eight members of the security team at the International Convention Centre (ICC) in Birmingham are the first to be awarded with the NVQ in Providing Security Services at level 2 by Industry Qualifications. The awards were part of a wider training programme delivered by specialist trainer SAFE for the ICC, in conjunction with Stephenson College.
