TSS Secures Investors in People Award

IQ would like to congratulate one of our centres, Total Security Services, for achieving the coveted Investors in People standard.

Putting people first has enabled TSS (Total Security Services) Ltd, the UK’s largest privately-owned security company, to be presented with a nationally recognised award.

TSS has been awarded the Investors in People Standard for staff development, support and motivation, and is now recognised as part of a prestigious group of role model organisations that supports and delivers caring for all employees. TSS, a national company operating throughout the whole of the UK, joins a select number of the UK workforce who are employed by organisations that are Investors in People or working towards it. An incredibly small number of these would belong to an employer in the Security sector.

Investors in People provide a business improvement framework that is suitable for organisations of all sizes and from all sectors. Accreditation demonstrates a commitment from a company to make organised steps to the continual growth and development of its employees. As a quality standard, Investors in People also helps employers to stand out from the competition and helps to attract new business, investors and talented employees. It recognizes TSS as a company which is ambitious, forward-thinking and people-centric.
