Making Orders 

To make your purchase online - select the items you require, add them to your shopping basket and go to checkout when you have selected all required products. The site will prompt you for your details and ask if you would like to create a user account. where the site will prompt you for your PayPal account, where payment will be collected and the order finalised.


We only accept payments through Paypal. Paypal is a secure and free service that allows you to pay using your bank account and all major debit or credit cards without sharing your financial details with us. Paypal is also PCI compliant and comes with some guarantees and buyer protection.  


All prices stated are exclusive of any applicable UK VAT.
Delivery costs for individual products are shown on product pages and the total is calculated when you checkout.  


Only one promotional code may be redeemed per purchase, if you have more than one code you wish to use please place separate orders. We retain the right to close codes early and without prior notice. Voucher codes may only be run in accordance with stock availability. All codes discount product prices only, delivery will still be charged at full rate unless stated. 

At the moment we are only able to accept orders on the website from UK based customers. If you are an international customer wishing to purchase a product from us, please get in touch with us! 

Shipping & Delivery

Most standard products are shipped by the next working day. In the event that a product is unavailable, we will inform you with a likely delivery date and give you the option to cancel your purchase. Please note that if you have ordered more than 1 product, that parts of your order may arrive separately.

If you have ordered products which needs customisation or configuration, we will get in touch within the next working day to make arrangements.

All posted deliveries are sent recorded.

Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind?

Physical products

If you change your mind about your purchase, let us know by email or in writing within 10 working days of receipt and we will exchange or refund the product price but not the delivery costs. You are also responsible for the cost of returning your purchase to us.

You will have to arrange to return items in their original condition, and we will only process the refund / exchange once we have received the returned items.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Excluded products

Events bookings, tickets, downloadable and digital products are usually non-refundable. Alternative arrangements will be indicated in the product description and your confirmation.


We try to get things right, but if any part of your order does not meet your expectations, let us know as soon as you can and we will do our best to put things right for you either by refund or exchange.


Updating Account Information

To change your user account details, login and access your user account dashboard. If you would like to delete your account with us, please get in touch with us.

Viewing Orders

If you have signed up for an account with us, you can login to your account to check the status of your orders. We will send you an email updating you on the progress of your order once it has been sent by our supplier.
